Role Overview We’re looking for a skilled Next.js / React.js Developer to join our frontend team. You’ll build highly responsive, user-friendly interfaces for our web applications that integrate AI, analytics, and real-time interactivity. Responsibilities Develop and maintain dynamic frontend applications using React.js and Next.js Work closely with backend developers (Laravel/PHP) to consume APIs and ensure seamless integration Optimize frontend performance, page speed, and SEO (especially with Next.js SSR/SSG) Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices Implement responsive design principles for mobile-first interfaces Use tools like Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries Collaborate with UI/UX designers and participate in design reviews Conduct thorough testing using Jest, React Testing Library, etc. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in React.js and Next.js Strong understanding of JavaScript , ES6+ , HTML5 , and CSS3 Experience with RESTful APIs and frontend/backend integration Familiarity with SSR, SSG, and CSR in Next.js Experience in Git and collaborative version control workflows Basic understanding of SEO , web accessibility , and performance optimization Experience working with design systems or component libraries (like Tailwind, MUI, Bootstrap) Good to Have Experience working with headless CMSs , GraphQL , or Firebase Familiarity with OpenAI API or integrating AI-based features Exposure to AWS , CI/CD pipelines , or cloud-based deployments Understanding of Agile development and working in startup/product environments What We Offer Work on cutting-edge AI-first applications Open culture with direct access to leadership Fast career growth with cross-functional learning Competitive compensation and flexible working options Opportunity to influence UI/UX design and product strategy Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Are you available for In-Person Interview at our Hyderabad Office, if your resume is shortlisted Are you okay to work in a Start-up Environment Work Location: In person
