We aim to bridge the skill gap through high-quality training and industry-relevant programs. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Centre Head to take full ownership of our training institute operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, prior experience in managing training centers, and a passion for education. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the training center Hire and lead a team of trainers, coordinators, and support staff Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of training programs (retail & corporate) Drive student admissions and manage corporate partnerships Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the business unit Coordinate with marketing teams for digital campaigns and outreach Plan new course launches and geographic expansion What We Offer: Full autonomy to run the business unit Marketing budget and tech support Pre-approved staffing and infrastructure support Opportunity to lead growth initiatives across new locations Qualifications: 5–10 years of experience in running or managing a training center / EdTech operation Strong business acumen and P&L ownership experience Entrepreneurial mindset with a “builder” attitude Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, or related field (preferred) Benefits: Incentives and performance bonuses Career growth into multi-city expansion leadership Leadership position with freedom to innovate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Application Question(s): Have you been responsible for Profit & Loss (P&L) in any of your previous roles?
