About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer (React.js + Node.js) with 3 to 8 years of professional experience to join our remote engineering team. The ideal candidate should be strong in both front-end and back-end development, capable of building scalable web applications with clean architecture and high performance.

You will collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality full-stack solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End (React.js) Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
• Build reusable components and maintain component libraries.
• Work with React Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand for state management.
• Integrate frontend features with backend APIs.
• Optimize performance for smooth, fast user experiences.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js + Express.js.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and secure backend architecture.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Ensure optimal application performance and debugging.

General Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and enhance existing systems.
• Work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 8 years of full-time experience with React.js and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern JS frameworks.
• Experience with REST API development using Node.js/Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or SQL databases.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design.
• Proficient in Git/GitHub, branching, and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of API integration, authentication (JWT/OAuth).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js or SSR.
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes.
• Understanding of unit testing (Jest, Mocha, Chai).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
