Junior Associate – IT Services (Fresher | Remote)

Job Title:

We are hiring a Junior Sales Executive to join our remote team and support our IT resource outsourcing model. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals (0–1 year) who want to grow in B2B sales and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to HRs and consultancies through LinkedIn and email
• Understand client job descriptions and coordinate profile submissions
• Follow up on resumes, interviews, and feedback
• Maintain and update lead data in Google Sheets
• Collaborate with internal recruitment team

✅ Ideal Candidate

• 0–1 year experience in sales, client service, or business development
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Eager to learn IT industry and client coordination
• Self-driven, responsive, and proactive
• Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Gmail, and LinkedIn
