IT Recruiter (Fresher or up to 1 Year Exp)

0–1 year of experience

more than 1 year experience will be rejected automatically.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, WhatsApp groups, Telegram, etc.
• Conduct screening calls to assess communication, availability, and fit
• Maintain and update internal talent database
• Align resumes with client job descriptions (training and tools provided)
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and internal team

  1 year of experience

  in recruitment/HR
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing or willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and organized
