Requirements

Product Development and LeadershipDesign and develop electronic hardware systems, including schematic capture,PCB layout, and component selection.Ensure designs meet performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturabilityrequirements.Conduct feasibility studies and research to evaluate new technologies,components, and design approaches.Collaboration and CommunicationCollaborate with software engineers, mechanical engineers, and productmanagers to define and develop hardware requirements and specifications.Work closely with teams to integrate hardware with software and mechanicalcomponents.Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to select and sourcecomponents.Manage component obsolescence, resolve technical issues, and support massmanufacturing of at least 5,000 units.External Relations and PartnershipsPerform Signal Integrity (SI) analysis, Power Distribution Network (PDN)analysis, and Electromagnetic Interference/Electromagnetic Compatibility(EMI/EMC) analysis.Conduct thorough design analysis, simulation, and validation to meetindustry standards and safety regulations.ResponsiblitiesDesign solutions for IoT devices, including architecture and hardware prototypedevelopment.Experience in developing IoT products from scratch and working with System onModules (SOM) such as Quectel, Neoway, and SIMCOM.Project Management and Resource AllocationStay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on cost reduction, designoptimization, and increased efficiency.Technical Expertise and Market AwarenessStay informed on the latest market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitivelandscape within the electronics industry to identify new opportunities for productinnovation.Team Management and Development

Requirements

Education and ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, ElectronicsEngineering, or a related field.4-6 years of experience in hardware design with expertise in digitaland analog circuit design.Hands-on experience with IoT product development and SOMmodules.Programming ProficiencyProficiency in PCB design and layout tools such as OrCAD, Allegro, PADSLayout, Dx Designer, Hyperlynx, CAM350, GC Preview, and ADSStrong proficiency in hardware architecture and design, R&D, and proofof-concept development.System UnderstandingBasic understanding of firmware and firmware-level debugging.Deep understanding of certification standards and regulatoryrequirements.IdealExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to performdetailed design analysis and testing.Experience with mass manufacturing and high-volumeproduction.Skills: power electronics,high-speed layout,emi/emc,pcb design,altium,bom costing,signal integrity
