Key Responsibility Areas

• We are seeking a motivated R&D Specialist to conduct in-depth research on fashion and media industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform Fashion TV’s strategies .
• You will analyze data from various sources to provide actionable recommendations, support key business initiatives, and identify opportunities for content, product, and service innovation .
• Collaborating with senior management, you will help develop strategies to enhance the brand’s market position and expand its audience .
• Your role will also include collecting consumer feedback, monitoring competitors, forecasting trends, and working with cross-functional teams to integrate findings into business objectives .
• Additionally, you will prepare reports and presentations for senior management and promote a culture of continuous innovation by encouraging the testing and adoption of new ideas .
