We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated R&D Executive to join our Plastic Color Masterbatch division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for color matching, formulation development, and testing to ensure high-quality products that meet client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Color Matching: Precise matching of colors based on customer samples or Pantone/RAL shades.
Formulation: Developing cost-effective and high-performance masterbatch formulations for various polymers (PE, PP, PS, etc.).
Testing: Conducting pigment testing, dispersion analysis, and heat stability tests.
Quality Control: Ensuring every batch meets the required quality standards before production.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of lab trials, recipes, and test results.
Candidate Profile
Education: B.Sc. Graduate with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) background.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with a strong understanding of pigments and polymers are welcome).
Skills: * Strong knowledge of Chemical compositions and Pigments.
Analytical mindset and eye for detail (color perception).
Basic computer skills for data entry

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
