We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage our warehouse operations. For Sheet line The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials (polymers, chemicals, pigments) and finished plastic sheets/masterbatches. Experience in the plastic industry is highly preferred to ensure proper handling of chemical grades and batches. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming raw materials (LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, PP, etc.) and outgoing finished goods (Plastic Sheets/Masterbatches). Material Inward/Outward: Physical verification of goods against Invoices/Delivery Challans. Ensuring "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) and "First-Expired, First-Out" (FEFO) for color pigments and additives. Documentation: Managing Gate Passes, GRN (Goods Received Note), and Stock Registers. Maintaining daily reports in Excel or ERP software. Quality Coordination: Coordination with the production team to ensure the right grade of masterbatch or resin is issued for specific orders. Stock Audit: Conducting weekly and monthly physical stock verification to ensure zero mismatch between physical stock and system records. Safety & Organization: Ensuring the store area is clean, labeled correctly, and follows safety protocols (especially for flammable chemicals/pigments). Manpower Handling: Supervising loaders and helpers for efficient loading/unloading of sheets and heavy bags. Required Skills & Qualifications Must pe work on ERP Software Education: Graduate or Diploma in Material Management/Logistics. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with plastic raw materials, color grades, and batch numbering. Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and any Accounting/Inventory software (Tally, Busy, or SAP). Physical Stamina: Ability to manage a 9 AM to 7 PM shift in a manufacturing environment. Communication: Clear communication skills in Hindi and basic English for documentation.
