Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with

  Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

  and

  Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)

  .
• Review

  scientific literature and patents

  to identify new product development opportunities.
• Design and execute

  laboratory experiments

  for new specialty chemicals or excipients.
• Conduct

  synthetic chemistry reactions

  , optimize process parameters, and ensure safe implementation at bench scale.
• Support

  scale-up activities

  from lab-scale to pilot plant and commercial production.
• Maintain accurate

  documentation, SOPs, and research records

  in line with quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with

  chemists, project managers, and manufacturing teams

  to meet project milestones.
• Ensure

  safety protocols and norms

  are followed in the laboratory.
