Name of the position: Process Quality Control Operator (Blue Collar Position) Location: Vadodara No. of open positions: 2 (Male Candidate Only) Experience Level: 2 - 4 Yrs CTC budget: 23,000/- (Gross Salary Max Per Month) CTC: 3.3 LPA Max Education: Diploma / ITI -in Electronics & Communication, Electronics or Electrical. Key Skills: Process Quality Control, ISO 9001 Knowledge, Basic Computer knowledge, Electronic field experience, SMT Plant experince for Inprocess Quality Control, Quality tools knowledge. Job Description: Responsible for performing the following: Making the controls of products and semi-finished products according to process control plans. During the start of production, making process controls and giving necessary approvals. Identifying the nonconformities in products and carrying out corrective and preventive actions. Analyzing the problems and taking part in root cause/action identification. Participating in the certification of management systems and ensuring their continuity. Making the necessary reports after the controls performed. Participating in activities related to environment and occupational safety. When deemed necessary, performing all kinds of duties to be assigned by the manager to whom he/she reports. Complying with the necessary Environmental and OHS measures specified in processes and instructions. Participating in the emergency drills. Reporting the hazardous situations that may cause occupational or environmental accidents to the HR & Administrative Affairs Unit. Using the necessary protective equipment. Disposing the wastes appropriately at the points designated by Waste Management. Contributing to the development of the system with improvement suggestions on Quality, Environment and OHS. Using the electricity and water in a careful and meticulous way in order to reduce the use of natural resources. Reporting the near miss events to the Occupational Safety Specialist and the immediate manager and helping to take precautions. Taking care to minimize the consumption of natural resources on a personal basis and contributing to the measures in order to reduce the energy consumption as determined by Arkel. Fulfilling his/her duties on emergency communication and plans in a complete manner. Observing the safety signs and signalers.
