Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Requesting the daily materials that the electronic test and packaging unit will receive from the warehouse by processing them into the system. Testing the cards from the pre-control or program stations by attaching the necessary ancillaries and using the relevant test tools. Getting the serial numbers according to the cards to be tested. Submitting the names of the products that should be prioritized in the next month according to the production plan to the planning unit and requesting the serial numbers to be issued. Sticking the serial numbers on the required cards and delivering them to the varnishing or packaging stations. Collecting defective and irreparable scrap cards and delivering them to the unit supervisor at the end of each month. Taking part in the annual count when requested by the management. Fulfilling all the various duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her managers. Complying with the occupational health and safety rules and monitoring the compliance. Complying with the necessary Environmental and OHS measures specified in processes and instructions. Participating in the emergency drills. Reporting the hazardous situations that may cause occupational or environmental accidents to the HR & Administrative Affairs Unit. Using the necessary protective equipment. Disposing the wastes appropriately at the points designated by Waste Management, Contributing to the development of the system with improvement suggestions on Quality, Environment and OHS. Being careful and meticulous in the use of electricity and water in order to reduce the use of natural resources. Reporting near miss events to the Occupational Safety Specialist and the upper manager and helping to take precautions. Taking care to minimize the consumption of natural resources on a personal basis and contributing to the measures identified by Arkel in order to reduce energy consumption, Fulfilling completely his/her duties on emergency communication and plans, Obeying the safety signs and signalers.
