Name of the position: Final Assembly Ancillary Material Preparation Operator (Blue Collar) Location: Vadodara No. of open positions: 6 (All Male Candidates) Experience Level: 2 - 4 Yrs CTC budget: 23,000/- (Gross Salary Max Per Month) CTC: 3.3 LPA Max Education: Diploma / ITI -in Electronics & Communication, Electronics or Electrical. Key String: Panel Wiring Experience, Identification of Lugs, Knowledge of Electrical wires, Basic Electrical Knowledge. Job Description: Role & responsibilities: In line with the production plan communicated by the Final Assembly Test & Packaging Unit Supervisor, according to the type and number of work specified, ensuring production and testing the work produced and making it ready to be mounted on the device. Carrying out the production and testing of KM 30S Door Controller (Boxed), Arkel UPS, Arkel ArLIFT Module (Boxed), Button Stand Arcube MRL Slim IND, Vending Group Stand 16A TR-IND-MEA and similar products produced by Arkel. Connecting and testing the fans to the front and rear cover of the driver produced by the Final Assembly Ancillary Material Preparation Operator. Starting work by wearing clothes suitable for work safety (antistatic slippers, apron, etc.). Requesting the materials required for production from the raw material warehouse on a daily basis, placing the incoming materials in their places. Keeping the work table clean, preparing the materials to be used (pickpocket, screwdriver, rechargeable screwdriver, etc.) on the desk before starting work. Preparing ancillary materials according to the work plan, delivering them to the assembly station. Taking part in the annual count when requested by management. Fulfilling the different tasks and responsibilities requested by their managers. Complying with the occupational health and safety rules and monitoring the compliance. Complying with the necessary Environmental and OHS measures specified in processes and instructions. Participating in the emergency drills. Reporting the hazardous situations that may cause occupational or environmental accidents to the HR & Administrative Affairs Unit. Using the necessary protective equipment. Disposing the wastes appropriately at the points designated by Waste Management. Contributing to the development of the system with improvement suggestions on Quality, Environment and OHS. Using the electricity and water in a careful and meticulous way in order to reduce the use of natural resources. Reporting the near miss events to the Occupational Safety Specialist and the immediate manager and helping to take precautions. Taking care to minimize the consumption of natural resources on a personal basis and contributing to the measures in order to reduce the energy consumption as determined by Arkel. Fulfilling completely his/her duties on emergency communication and plans. Obeying the safety signs and signalers.
