R&D Executive

Role Overview: As an R&D Executive at our company located in Pune Chakan, you will play a crucial role in conducting research, developing new products/technologies, and enhancing existing formulations or processes. Your contribution will directly impact innovation, product improvement, and overall business expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research and development to create new products, formulations, or technologies - Prepare technical documents, test reports, and product data sheets - Collaborate with the production team for trials, sampling, and scale-up activities - Enhance product performance and troubleshoot technical issues continuously - Identify new suppliers/vendors and evaluate raw materials - Analyze competitor products and perform market studies - Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of lab equipment - Adhere to SOPs, quality standards, ISO guidelines, and R&D protocols Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines - Minimum of 3 years of experience in research and development - Strong knowledge of product development processes and laboratory techniques Please Note: This job is full-time and requires in-person work at our Pune Chakan location.,
