Job Summary
The R&D Executive is responsible for conducting research, developing new products/technologies, and improving existing formulations or processes. The role contributes directly to innovation, product enhancement, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct research and development of new products, formulations, or technologies
✔ Prepare technical documents, test reports, and product data sheets✔ Coordinate with the production team for trials, sampling, and scale-up activities✔ Continuously improve product performance and solve technical issues✔ Evaluate raw materials and identify new suppliers/vendors✔ Conduct competitor product studies and market analysis✔ Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of lab equipment✔ Follow SOPs, quality standards, ISO guidelines, and R&D protocols

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
