Role & responsibilities JOB OBJECTIVE : The Sales Compliance will be responsible for ensuring a checker on the performance and actions of the Sales Team; thereby proactively highlighting anomalies, inconsistencies, or potential Policy violations. This role will also focus on monitoring and evaluating sales representatives such that it optimizes productivity, maintains quality standards, and identifies opportunities for improvement. This role combines the financial analysis and ensuring effective execution of the sales strategy to optimize revenue performance and profitability. This role is critical for maintaining financial discipline within the sales organization while supporting strategic growth initiatives. KEY RESPONSBILITIES : Develop and implement monitoring frameworks for monitoring Sales activities as well as Sales Performance Review / Check / Scrutinize / Monitor / Analyse the following through Mystery Calling / Audits / Inspections / Data Analytics etc Accuracy and correctness of the data / metrics punched into the Sales Field Staff Logistics Application (NEXIO) Accuracy and Completeness of the leads to be entered into the CRM All the travel related claims Sales Performance _ Actual vs Targets of individual sales team members and overall team Patterns and trends in sales behaviors that leads to substantial over achievement or underperformance Schemes and trade discounts implemented are in line what is officially communicated to the Channel Partners Credit limits granted to the Customers / Channel Partners Potential cases of compliance issues, internal fraud, policy violations, or unethical sales practices Any suspicious activities / leads received related to unethical practices followed by the Sales Team Content and Communication by the Sales Team especially the Sales presentations and product information Product knowledge and presentation skills of the Sales Team Customer complaints related to sales practices or transactions Identify and report anomalies, inconsistencies, or potential Policy violations to the respective Sales Managers and Sales Head. Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, evidence, and recommended actions/opportunities, and areas for improvement of all the assigned cases Provide a summary of constructive feedback about sales representatives to the Sales Head and the Managing Director (MD) based on the findings resulting from the above checks/audits / investigations Obtain Corrective Action / Preventive Action on the same from the Sales Team Track the Closure of the Actions as committed by the Sales Team Support training initiatives to improve compliance awareness among sales teams QUALIFICATION Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree in Engineering (preferred) Certification in MS Office and AI tools Proficiency in operating Automated Tools / Software EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of experience in Audits / Inspections / Data Analytics / or related role concerning Sales Operations SKILLS Strong understanding of sales Operations Proficiency with data analysis tools Investigative thinking and analytical reasoning An eye for detail and strong analytical skills Critical thinking, Conflict Management and problem-solving mindset Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams Experience with CRM systems and ERP software Good communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Role & responsibilities Respond to the enquiry from the Project Sales Team and revert as soon as possible regarding availability and lead time for order fulfilment (within 5 minutes) Assist the Project Sales Team in the preparation of Sales quotations Accurate and timely Creation of Sales Order basis confirmation from the Project Sales Team (within 5 minutes) Regularly review and track the progress of the fulfillment of Sales Order Tracking of all samples received and issued on site to ensure they are returned to the Factory. Escalate with the Manager Product Sales Coordinator at the Factory and seek resolution on issues affecting Sales order fulfillment. Regularly ( weekly ) review the outstanding and communicate all overdue payments to the Project Sales Team. Coordinate with the Project Sales Team and Reworks departments for goods received back to ensure Customer issue resolution QUALIFICATION Graduate in Finance / Commerce Operational knowledge in MS Office EXPERIENCE 2+ years of experience in Sales coordination in the Architectural / Building Material Industry (preferred) SKILLS Strong Go Getter and result-oriented Conflict Management and problem-solving ability Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Good emotional intelligence, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality.
