We visited the store today. The sales person or the store owner whoever he was, completed ignored us while we waited to be attended by someone. Ultimately, we told one of the attendants that we are leaving because there is no one there to serve us… arrogant and poor customer service…

Got scammed by their sales person Ankit. He sold me a product for more than the MRP and did not even send what I asked for ie. sent a wrong product. After multiple calls to their head office, nobody has tried to resolve my issue.
