JOB OVERVIEW:

• The RCU Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining MIS data, case reporting, and vendor coordination within the Risk Control Unit
• The role involves overseeing data accuracy, ensuring timely reporting, and handling vendor and sampler management processes to strengthen the risk assessment framework

• Proficiency in MIS management and data analysis
• Experience in RCU operations, fraud detection, and case reporting
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, data tools, and reporting software
• Ability to manage vendors and samplers for data verification
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and coordination with teams and vendors

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and update MIS reports related to RCU cases, risk assessments, and fraud investigations
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of risk-related data to stakeholders
• Generate periodic dashboards and reports for management review
• Handle vendor coordination for RCU-related verification processes
• Ensure proper documentation, due diligence, and compliance with vendor agreements
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Track and report cases flagged under the RCU framework
• Support fraud detection and investigation processes
• Maintain proper documentation and case history for audit and compliance purposes
• Collaborate with internal teams such as credit and operations for seamless case resolution
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies related to risk control
• Assist in process improvements to enhance fraud detection mechanisms
