Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our team as the Circle Head in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and leadership, with excellent communication and management skills

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the bank's branches and teams
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base
Lead and motivate a team of branch managers and staff to meet sales targets
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in banking, preferably in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including retail and corporate banking
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail
Experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams
