We are seeking a skilled RF Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art systems.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and test RF circuits and systems specifically for aerospace and defense applications, including communications systems, radar, and electronic warfare.- Conduct thorough simulations and modeling of RF components leveraging tools such as ADS, HFSS, or CST to ensure optimal performance in complex environments.- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate RF designs into larger aerospace and defense systems, meeting stringent performance and reliability standards.- Analyze RF performance metrics, troubleshoot design issues, and implement solutions to enhance system functionality and resilience.- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports to support compliance and regulatory requirements.- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in RF design and aerospace applications, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation projects.- Engage with clients and stakeholders to define system requirements and provide expert technical support throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.- A minimum of 4 years of experience in RF design and development, with a focus on aerospace and defense applications.- Proficiency in RF design and simulation tools, with experience in complex system integration.- Strong understanding of RF principles, antenna theory, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) as they apply to aerospace environments.- Hands-on experience with testing and measurement equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.- Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with military communication standards and protocols, as well as familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the aerospace and defense sectors.- Knowledge of PCB layout considerations for RF applications and experience in using CAD tools.- Familiarity with software-defined radio (SDR) and advanced RF system architectures.Benefits:- Competitive salary and performance-driven bonuses.- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.- Retirement plan options with company match.- Opportunities for professional growth, training, and certification.- Flexible working hours, remote work options, etc.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume to hr@stadvancedcomposites.in and cc: devendran.thiru@stadvancedcomposites.in
