Radio Frequency Engineer

As a Senior Accountant at our organization located in SIPCOT AEROSPACE PARK, Vallam Village, Sriperumbudur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in our finance team. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing financial reporting, ensuring accuracy in financial statements, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Your duties will involve preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to guarantee accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of all transactions, and performing monthly account reconciliations. You will also assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, monitor budget variances, and provide analytical support. In terms of audit coordination, you will prepare for external audits by providing necessary documentation, addressing auditor inquiries, and assisting with compliance evaluations. Tax compliance will be another key aspect of your role, involving the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, staying updated on tax regulations, and ensuring compliance. Moreover, you will be expected to mentor and train junior accounting staff, lead special projects as assigned, identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, and maintain strong internal controls. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA or equivalent preferred, along with at least 5 years of accounting experience focusing on financial reporting. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel are essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required.
