The ideal candidate will have solid experience in payroll processing, employee benefits, leave management, and compliance , along with strong recruiting and background screening skills . This role will also collaborate with our US project management team to support costing and resource allocation for projects involving both onshore and offshore teams. Responsibilities: Manage payroll, employee benefits, and leave administration. Coordinate with the CPA and US finance team to ensure compliance with payroll and tax requirements. Handle recruitment, screening, background checks, and onboarding. Maintain HR records, timekeeping, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
