Note:( Salary may be vary in several Jobs) Quantity Surveyor (QS) The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all costs related to the project, from initial estimates to final figures, ensuring it remains within budget and meets quality standards.  *Cost Estimation & Budgeting *Tendering & Contracts *Cost Control & Monitoring *Measurement & Valuation *Variations & Claims  Billing Engineer The Billing Engineer focuses on the detailed documentation and processing of payments, working closely with the QS and site teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms.  *Invoice Preparation *Quantity Verification *Documentation Management *Rate Analysis & Certification *Payment Follow-up Purchase Executive The Purchase Executive is responsible for the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of all necessary materials, equipment, and services for the project, ensuring timely delivery to meet construction schedules.  *Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation *Purchase Order Management *Quality & Inventory Control *Coordination & Reporting Safety Engineer The Safety Engineer is critical for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing health and safety protocols and regulations in the high-risk underground metro environment to prevent accidents and ensure legal compliance.  *Risk Assessment & Mitigation *Policy Implementation *Training & Awareness *Incident Management *Site Monitoring & Reporting
