Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor–III with strong expertise in billing and building project management. The role will focus on cost estimation, billing verification, contract management, and project financial monitoring for residential, commercial, and institutional building projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing BOQs, processing contractor bills, and supporting project cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and certify contractor/subcontractor bills and invoices.
• Develop and maintain BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimates for building projects.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost-to-complete reports.
• Support tendering, bid evaluations, and contract documentation.
• Conduct site measurements, quantity take-offs, and cost reconciliations.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to resolve billing issues.
• Assist in preparing MIS and project cost reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company policies, and contract terms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in quantity surveying, billing, and building project cost management.
• Strong knowledge of building construction methodologies and contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS-related software (e.g., Candy, CostX).
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Exposure to ERP or digital billing systems.
