Manage/monitor all QS aspects of projects related to Civil, Interior & Finishing works, MEP services RESPONSIBILITY DELIVERABLE: Design co-ordination & management Quality management Vendor and Agency co-ordination- management Team Growth and Development TASKS & ACTIVITIES: 1Manage/monitor all QS aspects of projects related to Civil, Interior & Finishing works, MEP services: 1.1Prepare BOQ, Estimates & Rate Analysis based on design/ dwgs/ specifications 1.2Draft Specifications and tenders based on project requirements 1.3Create & Maintain Central database based on project datas/inputs 1.4Create Project packages (cost to offer for different project prototypes) 1.5Track & Evaluate: project progress on all aspects of cost, quantity and WBS management 2Contracts administration: Managing contracts & variations. 2.1Responsible for cost management & controlling. 2.2Actively work with Project team relating to project requirements, its timelines & contract variations. 2.3Identify areas of risk/scope and develop & implement plan with the project team. 2.4Manage to take off Bill of Quantities (BoQ) & make packages as per project requirements. 2.5Review proposals with Project stakeholders and finalise the same. 2.6Lead sourcing, procurement & closing of all Contracts/ purchases work package. 2.7Provide inputs/ support in respect to legal/contract issues associated with the project. 2.8Attend site meetings as necessary. 3Bill audits and reconciliation 4Negotiations skills 5Ability to Value engineering skillsets to evaluate the product/ items 6Team Growth and Development 6.1Motivate the team to drive the project independently 6.2Training and Development of team (thru workshops/ webinars) - knowledge sessions MEASUREMENT METRICS: #Monthly Project Report- -Evaluate project progress (Planned Vs Actual) -Periodic Client feedback -Next month targets Essential: • Computer literate with working knowledge of ACAD, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project. Revit/ BIM will be additional advantage. • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and logical skills Key Relationships:- Project Leads/ Managers/ Central Team - Clients - Consultants - Sub-Contractors & Vendors
