Responsibilities: Prepare accurate 2D drawings and 3D models for interior projects. Work on AutoCAD and SketchUp for design documentation. Support architects and designers in developing technical drawings. Ensure timely delivery and quality of drawings. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & SketchUp. 2–3 years of relevant drafting experience. Basic understanding of design concepts and construction details. 1) Experience in Supervision of good quality interior works 2) Understanding of basic MEP services in interior works 3) Good in understanding Interior Details Finishing and quality workmanship 4) Understanding the sequence of interior activities 5) Understanding about basic interior materials, its properties, applications etc. 6) Co-ordination between various agencies/ consultants/ client team for various discussion/ decisions 7) Quantity Surveying - working our quantities, working our estimates, rate analysis, bill checking etc. 8) Quality check/ Quality assurance works on daily basis for the ongoing works as per the checklists. 9) Standard company policies - working policies - needs to be followed strictly. 10) Managing client supply materials, handover to agencies and reconciliation works.
