About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Factory and Office Coordinator to support the smooth execution of production and delivery operations. This role is vital in bridging factory floor activities and office administration to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time.
The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, an understanding of production workflows, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Factory Coordination:
Coordinate daily production schedules to ensure timely output and delivery
Track production progress, report delays, and assist in resolving bottlenecks
Monitor quality control procedures and flag issues for immediate action
Communicate regularly with production supervisors and floor staff
Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and inventory levels
Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and operational standards on the factory floor
Office & Administrative Coordination:
Support communication between production, procurement, logistics, and sales teams
Maintain documentation including production logs, quality reports, dispatch records, and compliance forms
Organize dispatch and delivery schedules, ensuring customer timelines are met
Handle internal reporting, purchase orders, and invoice coordination
Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and service vendors as needed
Track staff attendance, manage basic HR documentation, and support onboarding of factory staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
2–4 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and dispatch workflows
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Key Competencies:
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with basic manufacturing and logistics processes
Team player with a hands-on attitude
