Job Title

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead, implement and maintain
Quality Management Systems (QMS)
in compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
Monitor and ensure
process quality
across sheet metal stamping and press shop operations.
Drive
APQP, PPAP, FMEA & SPC
activities for new and existing projects.
Conduct
internal audits, supplier audits and customer audits
ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Analyze and resolve
customer complaints, rejections and non-conformances (NCR)
using problem solving tools like 8D, 5 Why and Root Cause Analysis.
Develop and maintain
Control Plans, Work Instructions and Inspection Standards
to meet product and process requirements.
Lead and train cross-functional teams on
quality tools, error proofing (Poka-Yoke) and continuous improvement initiatives.
