Introduction:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist to oversee and maintain our organization's quality management processes. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, facilitate continuous improvement, and support our commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's QMS in accordance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to address quality issues.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Maintain documentation related to quality management activities and ensure document control processes are followed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing or implementing QMS, preferably with ISO 9001 certification.
• Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, PDCA, root cause analysis).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
