Role Overview:

Quality Manager

Key Skills:

8+ years of overall work experience with proven expertise in business problem-solving and delivering measurable business value.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma or Transformation initiatives
Strong exposure to the
service industry
with proven business impact.

Practical application of
Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Experience in process automation and transformation programs
Working knowledge of Data Analytics
Exposure to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
Experience in handling minimum 40 Product Managers.
Promote Data-Driven Culture:
Deliver training and workshops on quality tools and methodologies to embed a data-centric mindset across operations.
Client Satisfaction & Delivery Excellence:
Drive process improvement initiatives to achieve best-in-class client satisfaction and quality metrics.
Transformation Leadership:
Lead business process improvements using Lean Six Sigma, automation, and enterprise transformation frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal leadership and external clients to deploy, govern, and sustain improvement initiatives.
Thought Leadership:
Design and execute continuous improvement roadmaps; conduct workshops for client products and services.
Mentorship & Execution:
Lead and mentor multiple Lean Six Sigma projects to deliver measurable gains in productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Analytical Problem Solving:
Identify root causes of quality and data issues using structured problem-solving techniques and implement sustainable solutions.
