Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with deep domain knowledge in ISI certification, BIS regulatory procedures, FMCS, Scheme X, and audit processes. Key Responsibilities ISI & BIS Certification Management Lead end-to-end execution of ISI (Indian Standards Institute) certification projects across product categories. Coordinate model inclusion, CCL updates, AIR appointments, factory renewals, and license withdrawals as per BIS requirements. Ensure compliance with latest BIS guidelines and maintain active tracking for renewals and license timelines. FMCS (Foreign Manufacturers Certification Scheme) Manage BIS certification process for foreign manufacturers including document verification, factory detail evaluation, and AIR coordination. Handle sample import, customs clearance, and lab testing in accordance with FMCS norms. Act as the liaison between foreign clients and Indian authorities for smooth project execution. Scheme-X Compliance Implement and maintain BIS Scheme-X certification process where applicable. Ensure regular surveillance inspections, in-process quality control (IPQC), and internal test procedures are followed by clients. Guide factories on required infrastructure, documentation, and internal compliance for Scheme-X products. Audit Coordination Prepare factories for BIS audits (both domestic and foreign), conduct documentation review, and train factory teams on audit expectations. Handle post-audit non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and coordinate with BIS officials for final approvals.
