Quality Lead

Role Overview: You will be working as a Lead Consultant Quality at Infosys BPM, a leading provider of end-to-end transformative business process management services for clients globally. Your role will involve crafting and delivering high-quality solutions to clients in the Quality Compliance Process Excellence space. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, and a deep understanding of process excellence frameworks to design service-based compliance frameworks and integrate them seamlessly into client business processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design end-to-end Quality solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients across various sectors such as Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, and Healthcare. - Analyze customer problems, gather necessary data, utilize knowledge base from prior projects, and proactively identify risks in proposed solutions. - Own the development of proposals and ensure the quality of the solution documents. - Participate in the development of proposals by utilizing inputs from secondary research, case studies, and expertise in solution design. - Create commercially viable solutions that effectively address client requirements. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in crafting and delivering high-quality solutions in the Quality Compliance Process Excellence space. - Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen. - Deep understanding of process excellence frameworks and designing service-based compliance frameworks. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions meeting quality standards and compliance regulations. - Experience in developing Go-To-Market strategies, prioritizing business opportunities, defining value propositions, and driving market intelligence within the norms and guidelines of Infosys.
