Quality Lead

As a Quality Lead at Green Proposal, your role involves developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, regression, and performance testing. You will oversee the execution of test plans, analyze results, and identify defects. Working closely with package Managers, Engineering, and other stakeholders is crucial to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and tracking defects using bug tracking tools, collaborating with developers to resolve issues. - Monitoring and reporting on project quality metrics, providing valuable insights and recommendations. - Continuously improving testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. - Identifying and assessing project risks related to quality and developing mitigation strategies. - Creating and maintaining test documentation, such as test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Motivating, coaching, and mentoring QA engineers to ensure efficient and effective testing processes. - Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality assurance. - Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and quality metrics. The minimum qualification required for this role is a Bachelor of Technology Honors (BTECH HONS) degree.,
