Quality Incharge

We are seeking a Quality Incharge to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Management System (QMS):
• Implement and maintain IATF 16949,ISO 9001, and other relevant quality certifications.
• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
• Process & Product Quality:
• Develop and implement quality control plans, SOPs, and checklists for the wiring harness production process.
• Ensure zero-defect manufacturing by analyzing defects and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA activities.
• Inspection & Testing:
• Supervise incoming, in-process, and final inspections of wiring harness components.
• Ensure testing of wires, terminals, connectors, and insulation resistance.
• Supplier & Customer Quality:
• Develop and monitor supplier quality assurance processes.
• Address customer complaints using 8D, CAPA, and root cause analysis methods.
• Improve customer satisfaction by reducing rejection rates and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Team Management & Training:
• Train the quality team on industry standards, problem-solving techniques, and new quality tools.
• Promote a quality-first culture across all departments.
• Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
• Lead initiatives for Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma projects.
• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, such as PPM, COPQ, and defect rates.
• Report findings and improvements to senior management.

Requirements:

• Education: BE : Automobile/ Electrical/ Mechanical
• Experience: Min. 10 years experience in quality in a Wiring Harness Company.
• Required Skills & Competencies::
• Excellent computer Knowledge.
• Excellent English and Marathi communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong problem-solving
• Strong knowledge of wiring harness manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in problem-solving tools (8D, Fishbone, 5-Why, Pareto Analysis).
• Hands-on experience with quality testing equipment (Continuity Testers, Crimp Height Gauge, Pull Testers).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shikrapur, Shikrapur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
