We are seeking a Quality Incharge to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Quality Management System (QMS): Implement and maintain IATF 16949,ISO 9001, and other relevant quality certifications. Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits. Process & Product Quality: Develop and implement quality control plans, SOPs, and checklists for the wiring harness production process. Ensure zero-defect manufacturing by analyzing defects and implementing corrective actions. Lead PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA activities. Inspection & Testing: Supervise incoming, in-process, and final inspections of wiring harness components. Ensure testing of wires, terminals, connectors, and insulation resistance. Supplier & Customer Quality: Develop and monitor supplier quality assurance processes. Address customer complaints using 8D, CAPA, and root cause analysis methods. Improve customer satisfaction by reducing rejection rates and ensuring on-time delivery. Team Management & Training: Train the quality team on industry standards, problem-solving techniques, and new quality tools. Promote a quality-first culture across all departments. Continuous Improvement & Reporting: Lead initiatives for Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma projects. Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, such as PPM, COPQ, and defect rates.
