Role & responsibilities:

• Ensuring the inspection test plan is followed for in-process/ assembly / final stages during the manufacturing.
• Verify the final inspection records before release to check the customer specific requirements and drawing specifications are met.
• Analysis the daily rejections/ rework and take corrective actions with production.
• Assigning daily tasks to quality operators and monitor the work as per plan.
• Validation of special processes at defined interval
• Implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform incoming inspections of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers, conduct supplier audits, and monitor supplier performance.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures and processes.
• Prepare inspection reports, test reports and submission of the same to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare control plan for existing and new products to meet the product and process requirements in all stage of manufacturing.
• Maintain calibration procedures for measurement and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of quality activities, including audits, inspections, and testing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001, API & other applicable standards.
• Training to employees in 5’S, Customer compliant, 7QC tools.
• Bill processing.

Positional Requirements – Functional:

• Educational Qualification & Experience: Degree in Mechanical engineering/Industrial engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience in Industrial Manufacturing Companies.
• Experience in Customer Quality and handling issues/complaints related to quality at customer end (at customer line as well as in the field). Experience with quality control processes, including inspection, testing, and auditing. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge in inspection techniques, gages, MSA
• Knows quality tools and techniques and has the good knowledge of addressing emerging issues with at most speed and efficiency.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001)
• Audit skills (Product, Process & Quality System), Internal Auditor certified in ISO 9001
• Basic Computer skills - MS Office, Presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
