We are seeking a highly experienced QC Manager to oversee factory-level quality control operations at Tiger Food Ingredients. This role is critical to ensuring that all manufactured food products meet internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will lead inspection teams, enforce hygiene protocols, and drive continuous improvement across production lines.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in factory-level quality control within FMCG or food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and QC documentation systems
• Experience in managing audits, hygiene inspections, and cross-functional coordination
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain strict compliance standards
• Professional integrity and alignment with organizational values
