About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with expertise in both automation and manual testing to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Python, Java, and Selenium, along with hands-on experience in designing, executing, and maintaining test cases. In this role, you will ensure high-quality deliverables through systematic testing, lead the QA team, and contribute to building a robust testing framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases across multiple platforms.
• Lead the QA team, mentor junior members, and coordinate testing activities.
• Develop and maintain a structured test case database and write detailed test scenarios.
• Perform regression, integration, system, and functional testing.
• Create, enhance, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium with Java/Python.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test data, results, and defect reports.
• Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and strategies.
• Utilize bug-tracking tools such as JIRA for defect management and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–15 years of hands-on experience in automation and manual testing.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, especially Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python.
• Strong experience in test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with test management tools and bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, manage tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in building and maintaining test case databases and writing test scenarios.
