Job Description

We’re Hiring for QA Test Lead – FHIR/HL7 & InterSystems IRIS | IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY

lead QA initiatives in healthcare data testing

About the Role:

QA Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for
FHIR/HL7 JSON in CDR GCP
Validate data mapping, transformation, and compliance with healthcare standards (FHIR/HL7)
Write and execute complex
SQL queries
on
InterSystems IRIS
for data validation
Conduct API testing using
Postman / SoapUI
and contribute to automation where applicable
Collaborate with Developers, BAs, and Product Owners in an
Agile/Scrum
environment
Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and sprint ceremonies
Ensure
HIPAA
and organizational compliance; document test results and defects to closure

Required Skills:

7+ years

FHIR / HL7

SQL

API testing tools

✅ Familiarity with test management tools (Rally) and Agile methodologies

✅ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with
GCP
or other cloud healthcare platforms
Exposure to
ETL / pipeline / data validation testing
