Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality management systems, conducting regular audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves coordinating with project teams to implement quality procedures, monitoring and reporting on quality performance, and managing non-conformance issues and corrective actions. Additionally, the Quality Assurance Manager will be tasked with training staff on quality assurance processes and maintaining quality documentation.

Education and Key skills:

• Strong understanding of quality management systems, audits, and inspections
• Experience with regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, preferred
• Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance, such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001, are beneficial
