Job Description

Position: QA Lead

Overview

We seek a seasoned QA Lead to own and enhance our end-to-end quality assurance operations. The role demands expertise in .NET and WordPress testing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multi-project agency environment while guiding and mentoring the QA team.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the full QA cycle from planning to release.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Developers to uphold quality standards.
Design and execute manual and automated test plans for .NET and WordPress solutions.
Manage multi-client deployment workflows and version control.
Mentor junior testers and drive process improvements.
Integrate automation frameworks and basic CI/CD checks into pipelines.
Maintain precise documentation of plans, cases, and results.

Candidate Profile & Tools

4–8 years’ QA experience, agency background preferred.
Proficient with Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Zoho (or Jira/Asana).
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and leadership abilities under tight deadlines.
