Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

Job Overview:

A Quality Executive Lead is a senior leadership role in the quality assurance / quality control (QA/QC) function. The person leads a team responsible for ensuring products, processes, or services meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. They drive continuous improvement, take ownership of defects, audits, and often act as a liaison with other functions.

Typical Tasks

Strategic Leadership

Define and implement quality strategy aligned with organizational goals; establish quality KPIs; lead initiatives for zero‐defect or proactive quality culture.

Process & Systems

Develop, maintain, and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO, GMP, HACCP etc.; establish SOPs, workflows, documentation; ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect and analyze quality metrics; drive root cause analysis; trend identification; share performance reports with leadership; use statistical tools and tools like SPC etc.

People Leadership & Training

Lead, mentor, and develop quality teams; train employees in quality awareness; ensure the team has the needed skills; promote quality culture.

Continuous Improvement

Identify improvement opportunities; lead Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen initiatives; manage change related to quality processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
