Description
As a Quality Assurance Lead at TRU, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality coordination, testing, and solution suggestions for identified quality problems. Here is a detailed breakdown of your responsibilities: - Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, and provide timely feedback. - Develop detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure thorough testing coverage. - Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated tests for efficient quality assurance. - Identify, review, and report issues found during testing, and verify their resolution. - Offer solutions to identified product problems to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate closely with the Product Development team to maintain consistent project execution. - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product quality evaluation. - Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actionable improvements. - Create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy to uphold high standards. - Collect quality data and conduct regression testing to maintain product integrity. - Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance quality assurance processes. - Monitor quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. - Stay updated on new testing tools and strategies to improve testing efficiencies. - Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management for informed decision-making. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-7 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer. - Proficiency in various testing techniques such as Manual Testing, Automation Testing, UI Testing, API Testing, UAT Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Test Cases, Test Script Writing, and Test-Driven Development Strategies. - Ability to lead a team of 8-10 QA professionals effectively. - Understanding and experience in working with International Markets such as USA, UK, Canada, APAC, and Europe. - Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, WebDriver, TestNG, and POSTMAN. - Familiarity with web security technology, software QA tools, and processes. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Excellent time-management abilities. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Experience with both white box and black box testing methodologies. - Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. - Experience with performance and/or security testing would be advantageous. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field is required.,
