Job Description

Role:

detail-oriented and experienced QA Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA strategy, planning, execution, and delivery for web and PWA applications.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to define comprehensive test strategies.
Design and review test cases for
functional, regression, integration, and UI testing
.
Ensure domain-specific coverage: consumer warranty insurance, policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, and customer portals.
Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and closure.
Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers with task allocation and support.
Provide QA metrics, dashboards, and updates during sprint reviews and release planning.
Partner with developers on root cause analysis and defect resolution.
Contribute to
test automation strategies
and regression coverage reviews.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements.
