Role Description

Odoo ERP/CRM

Key Responsibilities

Apply strong understanding of QA concepts, methodologies, and processes in day-to-day project activities.
Design and execute effective manual and automation test cases based on business and technical requirements.
Should have strong understanding of
CRM workflows
, sales order processing, invoicing, and inventory modules from a QA/test case design perspective.
Perform thorough testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
Develop and maintain automation test scripts using
Playwright or Cypress
.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and execution.

Qualifications

2 - 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Strong domain expertise in CRM based projects(mandatory).
Hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress and Selenium for test automation (mandatory).
Strong experience in Agile methodology.
Solid knowledge of manual testing practices and test case design.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
