Role Description This is a full-time role for a QA Engineer / QA Tester at Techdevise IT Services. We are seeking a QA professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with strong expertise in Odoo ERP/CRM systems or similar platforms like Salesforce . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing using Playwright, Cypress and Selenium and solid understanding of Agile methodology, and a track record of working with US-based clients. The candidate should be comfortable with working in night shift as the candidate will be working in PST time zone. Key Responsibilities Apply strong understanding of QA concepts, methodologies, and processes in day-to-day project activities. Design and execute effective manual and automation test cases based on business and technical requirements. Should have strong understanding of CRM workflows , sales order processing, invoicing, and inventory modules from a QA/test case design perspective. Perform thorough testing to ensure software quality and reliability. Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright or Cypress . Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve issues. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and execution. Qualifications 2 - 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. Strong domain expertise in CRM based projects(mandatory). Hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress and Selenium for test automation (mandatory). Strong experience in Agile methodology. Solid knowledge of manual testing practices and test case design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Schedule Night shift Monday to Friday
