Job Description

Role Overview: As a QA Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing requirements and technical specifications to create comprehensive test plans and cases - Performing manual and/or automated testing of web/mobile applications - Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using issue-tracking tools such as Jira and Bugzilla - Collaborating with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and that releases meet quality standards - Conducting regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing - Creating and maintaining test documentation and reports - Contributing to continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and practices - Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and supporting sprint testing activities Qualifications Required: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in software testing or QA - A strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) - Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools like TestRail and Jira - Basic knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, and Cypress (preferred) - Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - The ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment Additional Details: If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to simran@lnwebworks.com.
