Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Manual QA Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products before they go live. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements. Create, update, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and backend services. Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure quality standards are maintained. Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing. Provide clear documentation on test cases, test results, and defect reports. Participate in requirement reviews and design discussions to ensure test coverage. Suggest process improvements and work towards automation in the long term. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in manual software testing. Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC. Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
