Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2+ years of experience in software

testing and quality assurance. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing web

applications, mobile applications, and backend APIs to ensure high-quality, bug-free

software. You will work closely with our development teams to identify and fix defects early

in the development cycle and ensure that all features are thoroughly tested before release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test frontend applications (websites, mobile apps) to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.

• Test backend APIs for proper integration and data accuracy.

• Design and execute manual test cases for various platforms (mobile, web, API).

• Collaborate with the development team to identify bugs and provide detailed reports.

• Ensure the quality of software releases and report on the state of the product to stakeholders.

• Review and analyze system specifications to develop effective test strategies.

• Document testing phases and defects in detail.• Participate in product and project discussions to understand requirements and improve test coverage.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines to test builds quickly in staging before production.

• Work with tools like Postman, JIRA, and other testing platforms.

• Perform regression testing, system testing, and acceptance testing.

• Help identify and set up automation tools for future scalability in QA processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a SaaS or IT services environment.

• Familiarity with UI/UX validation against design tools like Figma and Miro.

• Strong experience with testing across ERP Next DB, CRM, and Frontend (ReactJS/NextJS, VueJS), backend APIs and mobile applications.

• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium, JIRA)

• Good understanding of API testing and database concepts.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

• Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

• Strong communication skills to effectively report bugs and issues.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Automation testing experience with tools like Selenium or Cypress is a plus.

• Knowledge of Property Management/Real-estate Marketplace is plus.
