Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in software testing to join our team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through well-structured testing processes. He should work in close collaboration with the development and product team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on QA experience in software/application testing.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
Experience in writing clear, structured, and maintainable test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
Experience in functional and regression testing
Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) is an advantage.
He should be good in written and verbal communication.
Should have some prior exposure to the financial domain.
Good to have the knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent).
Good understanding of SQL queries for database testing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Should be a team player.

Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

Understand business requirements, technical specifications, and create detailed test scenarios, test cases and test data.
Perform functional, integration and regression testing across web and mobile applications.
Identify, log, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
Collaborate with Leads and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
Ensure test coverage for new features and impacted areas through regression suites.
Participate in test planning, effort estimation, and QA process improvements.
Prepare and share QA reports on testing progress, defects, and quality risks.
Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
